As a very small business, we care very much about giving a more-than-satisfactory, personal service for each order, and endeavour to despatch items within 1 working day of payment (after which point the timeframe is in the hands of the excellent Royal Mail service). Very occasionally, the order processing time may vary (for example, if we are awaiting the delivery of an ingredient before making a fresh batch of a particular product). In general, we get great feedback for our speed!
Shipping costs & free delivery option
UK: £3.95 or free when you spend £40+
Rest of Europe: £10 or free when you spend £99+
USA, Canada & Rest of the world: £19 or free when you spend £149+
Please select the ‘free shipping’ option, which will appear for qualifying baskets.
Standard and ‘free shipping’ orders are despatched the next working day & sent by 2nd class Royal Mail or economy standard.
Alternatively, within the UK, a ‘fast’ (first class postage) option is available for £5.95.
International deliveries – timeframe/customs:
We suggest you allow up to 4 weeks for delivery, to be on the safe side (speed of transit may vary by location due to individual shipping environments), though we generally find the timeframe to be much shorter than this.
Please note that, if customs charges are incurred, these are not the responsibility of Leafology, but of the customer.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchases and will endeavour to try to resolve any possible issues you may have.
Please note that due to the nature of plant-based ingredients, products may vary very slightly from batch to batch in colour, scent and consistency.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you are entitled to notify Leafology and arrange for it to be returned or exchanged in perfect, unopened, saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. However, please note that, for hygiene reasons, opened/used products cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
If you believe your products have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement. Please note that postage & packaging costs are the responsibility of the consumer when returning a product and original postage costs are non-refundable, unless the fault is due to an error at our end or the product has arrived damaged.
