Find Leafology in person

We absolutely love meeting our customers!

…And although it’s quick and easy to order online through this website, wherever you are in the world, we don’t blame you for wanting to come and look at the products in person, spin them around in your fingers, pore over the ingredients/labels, ask questions, try some samples and smell all the goodness. This page is for you!

Where can you find Leafology?
At the end of this page is a list of our upcoming events (as always, this list will be added to frequently as more and more things are confirmed, so please do check back regularly!).

In 2025 we attended close to 100 festival/event days!
After a wild blur of brilliant customers, interactions and memories to treasure, below is a highlight reel, plus a few pics from our early days. There’s even a spin under a rainbow!

… As you can see, we’ve previously exhibited at palaces, exhibitions, festivals, flower shows and vegan fairs, among other places, and we also love independent community hubs, or tiny, local village hall events ‘in the middle of nowhere’.

If you’d like to suggest an event or place at which you think Leafology would be popular, please do.

Order online & collect in person:
Some customers like to order online in advance of an event, then collect in person; this saves postage fees for us and guarantees for you that we won’t have run out of what you need by the time you arrive! You are welcome to place your order as usual, and include a note to let us know you’ll be picking it up.

Physical shops:
Unusually, we currently & exclusively sell DIRECTLY to customers, both online and at events such as those listed below, rather than via third party sellers, shops or establishments. In the past, we’ve offered our products for sale in a small number of trusted, brilliant places (boutiques, cafés and salons) who share our ethos and buy at wholesale rates. We may reintroduce this in future; if you’d like to receive a wholesale catalogue or to discuss partnership, get in touch, to be on the waiting list.

Leafology natural skincareFarmers Markets
Leafology has for years been a regular stall at local Oxfordshire farmers’ markets, surprising unsuspecting customers who thought they’d just nipped out for some bread and veg, but accidentally go home with a delightful moisturiser, body scrub or pillow spray… We love these thriving, local communities, championing shopping ‘small’ and ‘independent’, though we can no longer attend them as often as we used to. Many of them have e-newsletters you can subscribe to, in order to be alerted which stalls will be there each week. We hope our loyal customers will find us elsewhere or order online, in between our occasional visits!

UPCOMING EVENTS/FAIRS/MARKETS IN 2026:

Remember that the list below gets updated regularly (& things can change), so please do check back often; we send a link to this page in every email!

Depending on when you look, this page will be ‘bare bones’ & minimal or full to the brim; we find that organising our abundant schedule of events is rather like piecing together a chaotic, vibrant jigsaw puzzle – it all comes together beautifully by the end of the year!
