Description
Perfect for mother & baby massage (and for sensitive adults alike) this Naked Baby Balm contains only all-natural, moisturising, healing, plant-derived ingredients and has no added scent whatsoever (that’s right; no petroleum, harsh chemicals, preservatives or any other added extras).
Only the purest, most gentle and cleverly-soothing botanicals should go near a baby’s skin (which is only about half the thickness of an adult’s, making things extra sensitive). And for those of us who like things to be simple, regardless of mother/baby status, this jar of goodness sinks in so beautifully it may be your new go-to moisture balm.
A translucent balm, it looks a bit like petroleum jelly but is far more skin-friendly and nutrient rich. Being so natural, please bear in mind that the organic and unrefined coconut & cocoa butters in this product may form tiny crystals if exposed to strong changes in temperature during transit. This doesn’t affect the quality of the product even remotely, and any possible crystals will melt away upon rubbing into your skin. Simply warm it in your palms first, then apply.
Uses & Directions:
Apply a thin layer as required, massaging in to the skin. …Also, have you seen the Naked Baby Powder?
Key ingredients/benefits:
ORGANIC, UNREFINED COCOA BUTTER: A longstanding help for those with allergies and sensitivities, this gentle butter is soothing and moisturising, helping to calm and soothe skin.
ORGANIC, RAW, EXTRA VIRGIN COCONUT OIL: Anti-viral, anti-bacterial, moisturising, soothing and melts in beautifully. Coconut Oil changes from solid to liquid depending on the temperature (it has a very low melting point of 24 °C (76 °F) and does its job beautifully in either state.
CAMELLIA SINENSIS OIL (cold pressed from the seeds of the tea plant): does wonders for all skin types and especially for baby skin, since it’s so gentle. Often used in baby massage. Read about the incredible health-promoting properties of this special oil here.
COTTONSEED OIL: A favourite of the ‘big brands’ in babycare, the seeds of the cotton plant is full of lovely proteins, anti-oxidants, minerals and essential oils that protect skin against dehydration and irritation.
CALENDULA: Anti-bacterial and gentle enough for sensitive baby skin, this vitamin-rich, medicinal herb has long been used for its ability to heal (cuts, scrapes, bruises, burns and minor skin infections) and help reduce inflammation and soreness. The flowers are infused in sunflower oil, which is easily absorbed and full of vitamins.
CANDELILLA WAX: a vegan alternative to beeswax, this succulent plant is full of nutrients of its own, aids with inflammation and, in sinking in, helps form a slight barrier between the skin and the outside world.
Ingredients:
Gossypium herbaceum (Cotton) seed oil, Camellia kissi (Camellia) seed oil (Tea Plant), Cocos nucifera (Coconut) oil*, Candelilla cera, Theobroma cacao (Cocoa) seed butter*, Calendula officinalis (Calendula) flower, Helianthus annus (Sunflower) seed oil.
*Organic.

I’ve been using this on my sensitive skin, and it’s brilliant! I’ve been using it on my upper arms, and it’s really calmed down the spots/rash there. It’s wonderfully moisturising, and I’ve really seen a difference from using this regularly (along with occassionally v. gently exfoiliating). This means that I can stop feeling quite a self-conscious about showing my arms, which is just what I need as we approach Summer!

This product is brilliant. I have extremely sensitive skin, which has become noticeably calmer since using the baby balm. I am over 60, so adaky no longer a baby, but it is so gentle. I highly recommend it.

I have always suffered with eczema and it used to be so bad (all over from neck to ankles) I had to have UVB phototherapy for it.
I now just have patches left on my hands and the backs of my knees.
For about 8 years I’ve used a cream you can get in supermarkets etc but of course it contains drying ingredients like alcohol and synthetic ingredients.
I started using this all natural naked baby balm a couple of months ago and my eczema has cleared up on my fingers and the back of my knees.
I have one patch left on my hand so I’m trying to apply it as much as I can and hopefully that will be fine soon as well.
The whole skin range has been fantastic on my very sensitive skin. Can’t rate it highly enough!

I just wanted to let you know how AMAZING your baby balm is. I bought some if your products at Blenheim. I have suffered with scalp psoriasis for many years. I had lost a lot of hair, constantly had a scabbed weeping scalp, been on so much medication for it, Until I tried your balm. I have not had any psoriasis for 2 months now and have new hair growth. I put it on every other night and it literally has changed my life !! No words are big enough to show my thanks but I will constantly continue to use your products. People I show are speechless with how different my scalp looks. I’ve just reordeeed some face goodies but pleeeeese dont ever stop selling you products as they do make miracles happen, best wishes Lucy
