Description
There’s something utterly wonderful (and uplifting) about bergamot, AKA ‘the happy oil’, and I couldn’t leave it at the Earl Grey Tea Beard & Stubble Oil; I had to create this (not so) humble nod to its sequel in the tea-world, Lady Grey.
Lady Grey Tea was originally created for those who liked things a bit more citrus-y; it adds some extra juicy notes to the original Earl Grey blend. I’ve gone one step further and added a hint of bright, floral geranium to the bergamot, sweet orange & lemon essential oils, to keep things extra beautiful. The scent is subtle and entirely natural.
A cross between a body oil and a body butter, this balm’s base is a super-smooth, silken blend of pure, organic mango butter, cold-pressed oil from the seeds of the tea plant (amazingly good for skin) and softening grape, safflower and lemon seed oils. It sinks gracefully into your skin and gives a slight gleam (it’s lovely on the legs, arms & décolletage). I often wear this for photoshoots to give my skin an extra, gentle glow, which cameras love.
Most commercial body butters are composed mainly of water (making them cheaper to produce). This one contains zero water (and therefore remains extra pure in not requiring a preservative), so its composition is extremely rich and nutrient-dense; a little goes a very long way.
Uses & Directions:
Rub a small amount (e.g. approximately equivalent to a 10p piece per leg, adding more later if required) between your palms and massage into the skin.
The overall scent is delicate and subtle (and wonderful in rotation with the Coconut, Rose & Walnut Lip, Hand & Body Butter), but for those who prefer things completely unscented (but just as nourishing), try the Naked Baby Balm, which is made with raw coconut oil, calendula, tea & cotton seed.
Key ingredients/benefits:
ORGANIC MANGO BUTTER: anti-inflammatory, deeply moisturising, soothing and replenishing.
CAMELLIA SINENSIS OIL (cold pressed form the seeds of the tea plant): Traditionally favoured by Japanese geisha (who know a thing or two about beauty), this light is healing, softening, nourishing, packed full of micro-nutrients… See here!
SAFFLOWER, GRAPE & LEMON SEED OILS: These wonderfully nutrient-rich, lightweight oils are deeply nourishing and easily absorbed. They work together to soften and moisturise delicate, sensitive skin and leave a natural glow. Our bloodstream absorbs so much of what we apply topically; here lies pure goodness.
CANDELILLA WAX: a vegan alternative to beeswax, this succulent plant is full of nutrients of its own, aids with inflammation and, in sinking in, helps form a light barrier between the skin and the outside world.
GERANIUM, SWEET ORANGE, BERGAMOT & LEMON ESSENTIAL OILS: This sweet little medley infuses your skin with 100% natural scent, steam distilled from fruit peel and petals. No synthetic fragrance!

Vitis vinifera (Grapeseed) seed oil, Carthamus tinctorius (Safflower) seed oil, Candelilla cera, Camellia kissi (Camellia) seed oil, Citrus limon (Lemon) seed oil, Mangifera indica (Organic Mango) seed butter, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Helianthus annuus seed oil, Pelargoni–m graveolens (Geranium) flower oil, Citrus aurantium dulcis (Orange) peel oil, Citrus aurantium bergamia(Bergamot) fruit oil, Citrus limon (Lemon) peel oil.

Joan –
I love this body balm! It feels so luxuriously nourishing and smooth on my skin. I briefly went back to my old favourite shop bought brand and there was no comparison. I’m hooked!
peggyattard –
I am in love with this balm. It is super soft, glides on the skin, the scent is subtle, feminine and delicate, and it makes my skin feel like I’ve just been to the fanciest spa. It even makes my tattoos pop! On behalf of my skin, thank you for this product.
Sarah –
This body balm not only smells gorgeous but it absorbs beautifully and leaves skin super soft, it is my first product from leafology but will definitely not be the last ????
Philippa –
Goes on like liquid silk and smells divine! Put this on summer skin and waft around looking radiant and glowy
Veronique Complin –
This was gifted to me by a thoughtful friend! Such a beautiful body butter, far superior to anything else on the market. I’m always suspicious of what is put into body creams, after all, your skin soaks it all in. This is why my bathroom cabinet rarely has a jar … But now, since this inspired gift from my dear friend, I will be gracing my shelf with Lady Grey Glow Balm. Oddly enough, Lady Grey was a favourite tea in my youth.
Rita Buseniece –
I bought this at a festival after my friend suggested it. I used to be a bit lazy with moisturising my body or use any body butters or creams, but since having tried this one out, I use it pretty much every day. So recently bought 3 jars of it. I love how smooth my skin feels and looks, also how it nourishes my skin especially the areas where the skin is a bit harder like elbows and knees. I also love the smell of it and a little bit goes a long way.
Jules Crook –
A feminine, skin kissing balm that’s a delight to use. Texture glides on and you feel it nourishing quality as soon as you apply it.

I got a little sample of this in my last order – I LOVE it. It feels so nourishing and smells devine, thanks so much.
